ABOUT ABOUT

This open forum-style discussion is for singles of all ages, gender identities and orientations.

The process of online dating is a fraught one. The flake factor is high. Algorithms seem to work against us. People don't seem to want to meet anymore.

Dealing with such a constant stream of frustration can be damaging to our well-being. Worse, it can lead us to quict dating entirely, often sitting out on opportunities to meet someone special.

This workshop/discussion group will cover the common causes of dating burn out, how to avoid or deal with them, and how to keep on keeping on until you find that one person that makes it all worth it.

There will be a quick presentation from 7-7:30.

At 7:30, we'll open the discussion and have a Q & A where members can ask specific questions.

SPECIFIC TOPCS COVERED:

Dating leagues - Do they exist? How do I know what my league is?

Why you should focus your energy on people who initiate interest or contact.

The importance of shooting your shot and taking risks.

What dating app algorithms look for when determining your visibility and search results.

The most common reasons people don't respond to your messages or ghost/unmatch mid-conversation.

How to move things off the app/site.

How to identify the avoidants, scammers & fake profiles

Ways to boost your self-esteem or maintain a positive outlook throughout the process

Some of the services I offer include:
