Tonight's class will be open-level, with a focus on educating people about the process of mindfulness and meditation. Oh, and there will be some wine, too.
Arrive at 6:45 to check-in. At 7 we'll head into the studio, grab our mats, and get comfy. Class will begin soon after and run until 7:45pm or for 30 minutes. After class, we'll uncork a couple bottles of wine and mingle with each other and the instructor.
Important: Because of the nature of the class, we can not accomodatelate arrivals. Studio doors will close by 7:15pm.
