Sick of the news and social media overload? Tired of swiping and matching and swiping some more just to unmatch people? Our Social Yoga Series is for people who have hit up the bar events, gone to some parties, and maybe even taken one of those sip and paint classes but want something more, something that makes them feel good - physically and emotionally - when it's over. These classes aren't about getting "fit", they're about connecting with yourself and with others in a real way, one free of technology and toxicity.

The combo of wine & yoga is the perfect combination if you want to relax and "wine" down from a stressful work week. This event will give you the chance to stretch, sip and socialize with other yoga-curious folks. The focus for tonight is to help people connect and mingle in a low-pressure private environment.
Please be sure to wear gym/athletic wear. It's recommended that you do not wear loose fitting sweatpants or bottoms where the legs will roll up. Shorts or leggings are ideal. No jeans or stockings, please.
Do I have to be a regular yoga-goer to attend? NO! Join us to connect and recharge. No previous experience required.Unless otherwise stated, all classes will be ideal for beginner to intermediate students.

THE SCHEDULE:
Check-in from 7-7:20pm
Class starts promptly at 7:30 pm
Class ends at 8:15.
Wine drinking from 8:15-8:45pm. You're free to leave whenever you like.

ABOUT THE STUDIO
From the website: Also known as the Zen garden, this studio opens out to a small but lovely garden, and is on our studio’s lower level. The garden creates a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere and is the perfect space for more intimate gatherings. All of our spaces have lovely hardwood floors, and this room also has floor-to-ceiling windows.
All registrations final. Refunds provided within 30 days of request if class is cancelled.
